LSC has established a Help Desk to receive and answer your questions about how the electronic rule-filing system works. The Help Desk is staffed by Lisa Rodriguez of LSC during normal business hours. You may contact the Help Desk via email or telephone:
Please be prepared to describe your question or concern in detail. In some cases, Lisa will be able to answer your question immediately, but in other cases she will take your information and consult with members of the ERF development team before getting back to you.
