Cover letter has been replaced with a filing confirmation report

The cover letter has been replaced with a filing confirmation report. The report will be attached to the email notification a filer receives after executing an electronic rule filing and can still be printed during the filing process just as a cover letter could be printed in the past. In addition, the report can be regenerated from the history page after the filing has been executed. To use this feature, log on to the ERF Website, open the package, select the "History" button on the left side of the screen, and select the "print / view confirmation report" link to regenerate the filing confirmation report.

"Promulgated Under" statute will appear on main package screen

The "promulgated under" statute, selected when a package is created, will now appear in the upper right corner of the main package content screen, below the package type and package number information.

RSFA must be viewed each time a change is made
=====================================
If a change is made to one of the RSFA forms after the RSFA has been viewed, it is now necessary to view the RSFA again before being permitted to file.

Tagline will be removed from RSFA when rule body is removed
=====================================
When a rule body is uploaded and then removed from a package, the tagline will immediately be removed from the RSFA. Previously, the tagline of the removed rule would remain on the RSFA until a new rule was uploaded.
