The ERF Help Desk will be operating on a modified schedule for the holidays. While the ERF Website will allow filings until 5:00 pm each of these days, no technical support will be available after the Help Desk has closed. If you encounter a problem, please leave a message on the Help Desk voicemail. Voicemail and email messages left after the Help Desk has closed will be returned the following business day.

Wednesday, December 24 - Help Desk closing at noon

Friday, December 26 - Help Desk closed all day

Wednesday, December 31 - Help Desk closing at noon

Friday, January 2 - Help Desk closing at 3:00pm

The ERF Website will NOT allow filings on Thursday, December 25, and Thursday, January 1.
