ERF Help Desk holiday hours |
The ERF Help Desk will be CLOSED ALL DAY on Monday, December 24. The Help Desk will also be closing at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 26, and at noon on Monday, December 31. The ERF Website will allow filings until 5:00 p.m. each of these days. However, no technical support will be available. If you encounter a problem, please leave a message on the Help Desk voice mail(614-387-2078). Voice mail and email messages left after the Help Desk has closed will be returned the following business day. The ERF Website will NOT allow filings on Tuesday, December 25, and Tuesday, January 1.
