Greetings:
This morning, we released a new version of the ERF website. Some of
the changes are:
Package:
========
- After creating the package, the screen will remind you (in blue text)
to assign a rule to the package.
- Buttons on the left hand side have changed design
- if the function represented by the button is permitted, it will appear
in green
- if the function represented by the button is not permitted, it will
be grayed out
- File button is red
- Add PHN button has been renamed to "Upload PHN"
- Add Attachment has been renamed to "Upload Attachment"
- Add Appendix has been renamed to "Upload Appendix"
- Tagline is no longer displayed - in its place, we've added status
of rule
- Package cannot be filed if a rule is missing its rule body, its RSFA
(when applicable), its Part B (when applicable), or its Environmental
Impact Statement (when applicable) -OR- if the online form has not been
completed
- After clicking File, package status is displayed to alert you if anything
is missing
- you won't be able to file until the missing parts are uploaded
Online web form:
==============
- Headers have been added to each section to remind you from which paper
document the question has come
- The form is completed one time. After that, it can be edited by returning
to the document management screen and selecting "Modify" to the right
of Online Summary and Supplemental Questions
Opening screen:
===============
- after inputting your password, you can now press Enter or Return key
and continue to next screen
Uploading file:
=============
- you no longer have to specify the format type of the file you'll be
uploading as the system will automatically detect it
Cover Letter:
============
- After a package has been filed, you'll have the opportunity to print
the cover letter - print this as your confirmation that the filing has
been made
- the cover letter is sent to LSC, JCARR and SoS to alert them to your
electronic filing
If you have questions, please call the ERF Help Desk at 614-387-2078.
Thanks!
