Due to the technical difficulties that we experienced with the ERF Website today, if you or anyone in your agency worked on an ERF package yesterday or this morning, or filed an ERF package yesterday please verify that all documents appear as expected. In order to do this, please take the following steps:

For packages that were worked on but not filed:
Open the package. Open each rule and print/view the documents. If all documents render properly, your package should be fine.

For packages that were filed yesterday:
Open your package and select the history button in order to print/view your filed documents.

If you receive an error message or if your documents render as a blank window, please contact the ERF Help Desk. If you are not sure if you are verifying your package correctly, please contact the ERF Help Desk and we can verify it for you. You may contact the ERF Help Desk at 614-387-2078 or erfhelpdesk@lsc.ohio.gov.
