RSFA Part B and Environmental Rule Adoption/Amendment Forms now online
Effective Monday, January, 31, 2011, the RSFA Part B (RSFAB) and the Environmental Rule
Adoption/Amendment Form (ERAF) will be completed online. Prior to this date, the RSFAB and
the ERAF were created as .xml files using the RAS 2.0 software.
Filers should find this an easy transition as the online RSFAB and ERAF will be completed in
the same question and answer format used for the RSFA Part A, also completed online. No
changes have been made to the content of the questions on either form, only the manner in
which the form is completed is changing.

To prevent loss of work, if you currently have any RAS 2.0-created RSFAB or ERAF forms in
progress, you may upload a RAS 2.0-created RSFAB or ERAF to the ERF Website where it will be
converted to an online form for you.
