| Reminder regarding Public Hearing Notices |

Greetings! From time to time, we get questions to the ERF Help Desk about preparing public hearing notices (PHNs). This is a reminder that PHNs **must** be prepared as .pdf files for submission on the Electronic Rule Filing website. Even though the Rule/RSFA Authoring System software (RAS) has an icon labelled "PHN", we ask that it not be used and that you not submit your public hearing notice as an .xml file. Thank you!
