LSC is now distributing Notices of Non-Compliance via email. In the past, these notices have been distributed via inter-office mail. Both the notice and the pages containing corrections will be attached to the email as one pdf document that can be opened using Adobe Reader. Please review the corrections when you receive the email (notices are sent to the agency contact that appears on the RSFA of the rule filing). If you approve of the corrections, print the notice (the first page of the pdf document) and sign and return it via inter-office mail to LSC at the address provided.
