December Carryover

From December 2, 2002 through January 5, 2003, you will see a series of warning screens when original filing or filing a revision or refile. These screens alert you to the implications of filing during this December carryover period; namely, subjecting the rules to a 65-day JCARR jurisdiction that begins January 6, 2003. Please read these screens carefully! A filing once made, CANNOT BE UNDONE AND THE EXTENDED JURSIDICTION DATE CANNOT BE ROLLED BACK.

Last Modified Date

The last modified date shown on the Packages List screen for filed packages will have changed to 11/26/02. The last modified date for packages which are staged (pending) but not yet filed will remain unchanged.
