The ERF Help Desk will be operating on a modified schedule for the holidays. While the ERF Website will allow filings until 5:00pm each of these days, no technical support will be available after the Help Desk has closed. If you encounter a problem, please leave a message on the Help Desk voicemail. Voicemail and email messages left after the Help Desk has closed will be returned the following business day.

Thursday, December 24 - Help Desk CLOSED

Thursday, December 31 - Help Desk closing at noon

The ERF Website will NOT allow filings on Friday, December 25, and Friday, January 1.
